Metro or rail
T1 has Metro Line 10. T2 has Metro Lines 2/10 and access to the separate Airport Link Line. Confirm your terminal and the onward route to your hotel; do not go to T1 expecting to board the Airport Link Line there.
Tickets: ask the staffed ticket counter which cash or card methods it accepts today. A payment QR code is not automatically a transit code; this card does not verify transit-code availability for your account.
Taxi or ride-hailing
Follow current official signs to the taxi rank or designated ride-hailing pick-up area. Show the driver your confirmed hotel address in Chinese. Ride-hailing preparation →
Arriving late?
The Airport Link Line page lists 22:00 as the last departure from Hongqiao T2 toward Pudong T1/T2. Metro Lines 2/10 have their own schedules. Check the current timetable for your chosen line.
If you miss the service, follow signs to the official taxi area and ask staff about available transport and payment. This card cannot confirm live vehicle availability.
