Venue and route
The China Import and Export Fair Complex is at 382 Yuejiang Middle Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou (中国进出口商品交易会展馆，广州市海珠区阅江中路382号). Check which hall and entrance your exhibitors use before leaving; do not assume every phase uses the same hall.

Buyer preparation
- Confirm the edition and the product phase on the official fair site.
- Follow the current overseas-buyer pre-registration and buyer-badge instructions there. Save your own confirmation and identification details.
- If you need an invitation, use the fair’s official invitation guidance; also check your own entry requirements through the Chinese embassy or consulate serving you.
- Before travel, confirm your hall, meeting address in Chinese and current transport route. Plan accommodation around your actual appointments.
